‘Red’ was the first mural I painted in Buenos Aires when I returned in 2016 after being abroad for 10 years. On that day I met four other street artists, and together we became ‘BA Paste Up,’ and have been collaborating ever since. We participate in festivals, special events, and produce commissioned work for bars, clubs, and offices. We also exchange paste-ups with artists around the world. It’s a great way to make our presence known worldwide, and to connect artists internationally. We consider their pieces ‘guests,’ and decorate our own murals with them.
