Fake News
Fake News is made in a viral form from deconstructed hydroxychloroquine packages and cast tablets. During the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, then-United States President Trump declared hydroxychloroquine a treatment for the disease. Based on a very small French medical research study, it was subsequently disputed. Lupus patients, who depend on hydroxychloroquine (including myself), were unable to find it because of the demand this idea created—putting many of us at risk. This piece makes a personal and political protest about ex-President Trump and his impetuous tweets and statements.
