Based on the cover of the July 3, 2018 issue of New York City’s Daily News newspaper, this piece depicts the 45th President of the United States as a flaming clown-king. Attempting to distract the American public with his clown-like façade, this wannabe king exercised a horrible misuse of power, such as the wanton expulsion of immigrants from America. The smaller inset photo refers to Adam and Eve’s expulsion from Paradise from a spirit mask series by photographer Gerry Goodstein.
