Better Hold the Reins!

Not wishing to lose control of his (decorated) wagon, Arif’s driver holds the horse’s reins in one hand as he stretches to reach for something inside his cart with the other. The horse seems to wonder what he’s up to, while ever-present street dogs are visually quoted. Flowers decorate the balcony of the modest Aegean-style home in the background.
