Onda

In Spanish, onda can have two meanings: ‘waves’ and ‘vibes.’ Boxi looks as if he’s saluting someone while he’s putting out good vibes. This piece was created after many months of producing xylographs, collographs, and monotypes. I wanted to get back to basics and use paint to reinterpet the influences of those techniques on canvas.
