This Evil Eye design is from my collection entitled, ‘Sixty, Seventy Shooed to Eternity’ (traditional public prayers for warding off the Evil Eye). The different thicknesses of the various fibers I used are designed to contribute to the tapestry’s shadows, reflections, and depth.
